International cycling event 2018/19 TISSOT UCI Track Cycling World Cup will be held at the Hong Kong Velodrome from 25 to 27 January next year. The world’s top riders will gather in Hong Kong, competing for medals and Olympic points. The Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China Limited is hosting a press conference today to announce details about the event. Hong Kong Cycling Team elite riders including Sarah Lee Wai Sze will be fighting to achieve the best results on home soil. TISSOT UCI Track Cycling World Cup tickets will be available from 23 November (Friday) at any of the URBTIX outlets throughout Hong Kong, with price ranging from HKD50 to HKD200, and concession tickets available from HKD30 to HKD100. 


After winning a gold and bronze in France, Sarah Lee Wai Sze snatched Women’s Sprint event and won her third World Cup gold Medal of her career in the second stage of Tissot UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Milton Canada this weekend.


Hong Kong team finished the first stage of Tissot UCI Track Cycling World Cup in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France with Sarah Lee Wai Sze’s 1 gold and 1 bronze in Women’s Sprint and Keirin. Hong Kong will participate the next stage in Milton Canada from 26 to 28 October.
